TIER 7spacenoodles posted on Sep 02, 2025 12:31:24 PMThe trainer works with the most recent game version (Steam 1.23.250612), but causes extreme lag spikes and stuttering in savegames with many objects (buildings, characters, tamed animals), autosave can take up to a minute. It only happens after activating the trainer, otherwise lategame saves run absolutely smooth.
Right now I mostly use it for free building, I start the game, activate the trainer, place down some construction sites, save the game, restart and play without the trainer.
Previous game version worked fine without lategame lags but there's no way to downgrade. Can you please take a look at it, maybe the trainer requires just some minor fix, since all the options work fine. Alternatively please allow us to deactivate the trainer without restarting the game. -

make sure to run Aurora as admin, and verify your game files on steam. make sure to follow insturctions as well, and the trainer is made for the base game without any mods.

When I play the game without the trainer it runs smooth but as soon as I turn the trainer on it slows down and gets very choppy. It works fine in the begining but as soon as you start building the slow down kicks in. -

Same problem here. also after awhile game freezes on save with trainer activated.
