I'm guessing that something changes once a day passes, so the "actual" time is in a new location or something.
For now, the best the cheat allows is for us to freeze the day at a specific time, and we can play forever at that time, as long as we don't turn off the cheat (at which point it jumps to 2am and we pass out). -

I noticed the odd behaviour too but i think (i tried several times ) that if you deactivate it while the game autopase (like during the black screen moving to another area, or while using the "teleport" holes for example ) usually the clock restart normally.
It was still helpfulf even if it could be inaccurate at times.
Just put a note about it but don't remove it. -

That is not uncommon. You can reassign keys yourself by double clicking.
