Unlimited knives doesn’t sets your knives to a certain value instead it prevents depletion, as for the screws and skill points sounds like the offsets are random I need to figure out something stable.
Stay tuned and to speed up the process the best you could do is to share a save game with bunch of items nearby a bench.
well the depletion of the knives kept going down every person I stabbed or Door I jimmied with a Knife
Even had one instance where the ability to craft a Shive was GONE
To the point I played it kept working fine,I need your save game to reproduce the bug otherwise it’d be hard to address the issue also the ability to produce shives has nothing to do with unlimited knives it could be the other cheats interfering with it.

Can't get unlimited screws or unlimited skill points to work. Tried enabling at menu, enabling in game, picking up new amount. Nothing would update the amount to "unlimited". Enabling unlimited screws just nuked all my current screws I had picked up to the value "0". For skill points, I tried picking up new skill points with the option enabled but it only increased by the amount I picked up, so not sure. Does it freeze the value instead of making it "unlimited"?
You should post an update report then and add any relevant info.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
