Q: Are there any restrictions on any of the prizes?
A: Some prizes will require a certain level of membership, but that is the extent of the restrictions. All prizes will be open to residents of all countries, including tangible prizes such as t-shirts, etc. We ship worldwide.

We have shipped prizes, big prizes, all over the world from our giveaways. We don't even ask where you live when you signup so how would we even know to only pick winners from the U.S.? We just started the hardware giveaways a few months ago, not since 2008. Also, if you attended our Day of Giving a few weeks ago, EVERYONE in attendance won something. Then we also gave out over 1000 more prizes just a few days ago. Not everyone is going to win, but we do offer plenty of opportunities.

I can very much confirm that this is not restricted to USA only. I am a EU user myself, and I have won several items over the years.
