No, PWizard is right. I actually think that the current system is good and having 1500 people as winners during the holiday season is way better than just 50. Sharing with the community is much better than just few winners.
I would suggest that you cancel the gaming pc that costs about 2500$ on its own from the offered choices and instead with the same money you can offer like 5 steam decks or ps5 or nintendo switchs or .... for 5 winners instead of just one.

A possible drawback of something like a 10k pc is the taxes involved. While it may not be an issue for someone in the US, it could be for others who aren't. For example, the UK has 20% vat for all imports/gifts above a certain value. That means if a person in the UK won, he/she would have to fork out 2k in taxes to receive such a pc. It's already painful enough for a poor working adult, it's going to be very awkward for young(children/teenagers) members to have to ask their parents for such a sum. Remember that all import duties/taxes are the winner's responsibility and CH isn't going to fudge the value because they are a proper business, you wouldn't want to get in trouble with the tax authorities anyway.

That's not to say that a 10k pc isn't an awesome prize but be aware and prepared for what you wish for.

Yes precisely.... 25% in my country.... i could simply not afford to be a winner.

And not beeing a gambling man im not sure about this, but when the odds is as good as they are on this community of gamers...And if the prices are so big and getting bigger.... would it not then be a magnet for gamblers.. not gamers...And could maybe change the heart and helpsome feel in this good community... i a way som might find not so positive.

And the fact that personaly i would feel much better as a winner if i knew was shareing theat feeling with alot of other happey winners, than i would be if were hugging the one grand price alone.

Like the unretirement of a game title...is not only for the winner...all will benefit..allso CH as buisness. imo.

Agree this is unfortunate. One of the Steam Deck prizes had to go to India or somewhere in that area. It costs me *$700* to ship it and then it costs the other person *$700* to get it out of customs. But he went ahead and paid it as apparently they can't purchase Steam Decks in his country. But anyway, yes, the shipping and taxes/customs can be grueling on these high dollar prizes if the winner lives outside the U.S. This is why I offer a cash option to anyone that wins a large prize to avoid all those fees.

Internal peripherals do make it hard for those of us that may not know how, want to risk it, or maybe just have a prebuilt that can't fit the item (or AMD vs Intel vs Intel stuff), so keyboard mice combos are always nice.
-Something like the Logitech G502X and Powerplay mat make a great prize.
-Headsets can be nice, but not everyone has the same taste.
-Might be good to offer combos like Razr or SteelSeries combos and let the user pick the gaming brand of the full combo (not a pick and choose, but that could work as well).
-1440p/4K/HDR/Curved Monitors are an easy upgrade
-Gaming Chairs or Desks - Secret Lab have both and pretty high class (I own a chair, but I want that desk)
-Controllers like the Dual Sense Edge, Xbox Elite 2, or SCUF (maybe decked out with Kontrol Freak caps, or even an Xbox Lab controller custom built with added stand)
-Flight stick or Steering Wheel set with maybe a game to make sure they have something to use the hardware with
