I've tried selecting a consolation prize (yes, I am a tier 7 member) but they just remain unselectable. I am currently using the Brave browser but I also tried on Edge (no extensions installed), and Firefox. Any ideas?

edit: I entered both giveaways using this account and the one email address I use for everything
