Just uninstalled all antivirus and whatnot and also used defender control. Attempted at the main menu with the same "failed" audio queue with the same code as included in quote.
There hasn’t been any updates since the game is released and everything is working as it should I’m sure there’s something wrong on your end.
I got told by another trainer maker that uses CE that DX11-12 Epic of Callisto is indeed coded differently than the Steam version.
Epic version is posted try again and let us know.
Seems like everything works flawlessly except One Hit Kill and Unlimited Credits. Will include error codes below. Not sure if it helps yall.

I have no luck with the unlimited Ammo. it is the only code that will not work. I cant buy ammo from the vendor either. I can pick ammo up, but it goes to 0 and then i'm out of ammo again.
I got it. i need to get ammo box in inventory and that it what gives unlimited ammo.
