Aurora Features Requests Discussion

There are several steps mentioned in other posts. Including disabling steam overlay and enabling developer mode. Including those two steps going into the game graphic setting and enabling window/borderless window mode allow me to tap and interact using the touch screen. Also need to close the error window after signing in as well.

Enabling developer mode allows user to switch windows while in game mode (non-desktop mode).

Disabling steam overlay stops the virtual keyboard from turning on and off.

Lastly going into a game like Yakuza 3, Hades or Red Dead Redemption 2 and enabling window/borderless window mode allowed me to interact with aurora via touch screen.

Hey there. So I followed the instructions in the video, and even went back to make sure I did not miss anything. Whenever I attempt to load a game for the first time (example being Miles Morales) and the correct boxes are checked and Aurora.exe is selected, it crashes the deck, verifies installation then loads back to the Game side of the deck. I am unable to load Aurora by itself as it wants a application selected to open it. I am on steamtinker V12.0 if that matters or not. Any help or clarification would be amazing.

I’m curious where I’m going wrong. How do I get my installed games to show up on Aurora? Im following the steps and everything starts normally, but my installed games don’t appear on the left column,, and when i search the games manually I’m prompted to download the individual trainers. Am I supposed to have already downloaded the trainers prior? Thank you for any help.

The games in the left column are trainers that you have marked as a FAVORITE, not a list of installed games. Not all trainers in our database are Aurora compatible so these will have to be downloaded from the site. Provide more info and we can provide more help.

So I watched that video on how to install Aurora on Steam Deck but my outcome is totally different. Like I can’t run the .exe by itself for one as it prompts me to select a program to run it. The other issue is that it always says proton “none” or “XXX” not found basically sends me to this page (image attached) every time.

First I wanna say I think it's awesome being able to use this on the steamdeck... I am having an issue, that I can't get figured out. I want to be able to use it offline sometimes. I am a premium member and have purchased some offline keys. Every time I try to generate a key in Aurora I get an error message (Failed to retrieve offline key, error: Module not found) I will also upload a copy of my log file.

I'm following the instructions, but when I get the Aurora launcher up, the keyboard won't work. It won't pop up when I press Steam+X, I can't copy-paste by typing it in another typeable area (like the Google chrome address bar), I even installed Core keyboard in Discover, but that didn't work either.
I cannot log into Aurora, so what do I do?
