    Hello,

Whenever I try to log into the aurora client it will become unresponsive the moment i click on log in and will after 15 or so seconds cause my pc to become extremely slow, it will also sometimes cause windows to completely crash on me forcing me to either wait it out until i can force close it in task manager have to do a forced restart. I have tried turning off enablehardware acceleration in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\Aurora under the .json file with the notepad application as well as deleting and reinstalling aurora and deleting the Aurora folder under C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\

What does windows application logs say when this slowness occurs? Check the event Viewer.
You using GPU only or GPU and CPU graphics?

I believe its just a GPU, its a nvidia Geforce GTX 970 if that helps. Have just checked event viewer and it mentions something about a bad block for the windows operating system, which has me wondering if its a mircosoft windows issue as the latest error was from 8minutes ago which was around about when i last tried. Which was under windows log > system and the same under windows logs > application, saying something about a application hanging and then just application error, is there any in particular ishould be looking for as none of these look to mention anything to do with aurora or even the drive that its saved on.

Bad block is associated to HD, trying use HDtune to check your HD. and if the test is bad block, prepare to buy a new HDD/SD

Heya, I am currently running a cmd command to fix the Hard drive and just seeing if that works first but would that affect the client from running? As everything else runs just fine expect for the aurora client plus it was working fine a few days ago and is now all of a sudden causing all of these problems

Open taskmanager and try logging into Aurora and then check what exactly slows your computer down. If you have turned off HW acceleration it cannot be the GPU.

And yes a damaged hard disk causes system slow downs as well as other weird failures.

CPU and what not stays normal but if i try to do anything it will be extremely slow and sometimes leaves me unable to access any other window and will sometimes even cause task manager and windows to close but as soon as I manage to close Cheat happens the problem instantly goes away and my pc will start acting normal again, I have tried closing all of my back group apps/windows to see if any of them were the issue but even with basically everything closed the problem is still there.

My suggestion is to test your RAM. RAM problems are some of the worst to track down using normal methods. i highly recommend you download memtest86 to a flashdrive and boot to it, and have it to a complete and total test of your RAM. ill give you 1 whole RC if it finishes 2 passes without an error. best of luck to you
