When I saw the growing number of posts, I realized that only a fraction would have been useful, no need for repetition, it's tempting but it's also bugging 🎵

I cleaned up the boards. This seems to be some kind of weird caching issue. Still troubleshooting the auto-update.

Well, I experienced the update issue everyone else spoke of...however;

What I did, was wait until the update download was 100% complete, then as soon as the splash screen stated, 'restarting,' I shut the program down.

In the Cheathappens Aurora save location, you'll find a .zip with the download. I unzipped it, tried using the exe inside, but the program did not load. However, when I then used the original Aurora shortcut to boot it up again, I had a much slower download time, and received a new part in the loop, 'validating,' which then allowed me to reach the login splash screen.

Hopefully this helps anyone else (though I'm not sure if it was actually a solution, or just random).

Can anyone confirm that the auto-update is working fine now?

I didn't realize it was a program update, I thought it was my computer on the fritz....
Aurora will not even start for me

Delete your entire Aurora folder. Download new Aurora from www.cheathappens.com/TM/Aurora.zip and then extract to a new folder and see if you still have probs. If so, please make sure you have Aurora.dll in your Aurora folder.
