Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

For now I didn't and I wouldn't file an update request, as we don't know how frequently will the devs update the game.
Currently they messed up Magic Mine's cooldown reduction bonus and they will fix it "soon", so have fun with it until lasts.
Also they intend to add several things "soon" as well.

Regarding the trainer, as long as Super Damage still works I'm fine with it, both Unlimited Health (crashes the game) and Game Speed are not working.
I'm not sure the player progression in the editor is supposed to do, but I'm not missing out anything without it.

I use COSMOS for now, to locate HP value & lock it for inf HP
