The unlimited usable items doesn't apply to satchel charges which is annoying as they're rare to find.
When you use Unlimited health and get shot then bleed, turning off the health option doesn't fix anything as your health stays the same, would be good if your health went down again then you could use a health pack to stop the bleeding and seeing the blood all over the screen.
Can't get the invisible to work at all.

Most of the options seem to be working fine or mostly fine but the invisibility cheat isn't really making me invisible. If they see me then they'll shoot at me, so I'm definitely not invisible. If they don't see me but hear my gun or see their buddy get killed they'll turn yellow or red but don't shoot back or act like normal AI as long as they can't see me. They don't seem to do anything when finding bodies either.
Unlimited items doesn't include satchel charges.

invisibility is not full stealth... they still get alerted also satchel charges are not infinite...

Actually the satchel charges are critical in this game, they are used to finish off most of the large structures in order to finish main and side missions. You guys can request for unlimited satchel charges option here: www.cheathappens.com/request_options.asp?titleID=77191
