I subbed to the monthly sub last night for a specific trainer since honestly this team is the most active in the trainer community. After I went to download it and it hit me with the “20 or more updates” thing. I used to have this setup to charge me every month. Never had this issue. It seems a little much to do that for people that are people paying you a decent amount every month on auto pay. Just a suggestion but maybe include the autopay in that group of people that can just download what they think they pay for? So, I got a refund because I obviously didn’t like that. Now my account is just completely cut off from logging into the site in general. This is another account. I used to have this setup and I payed at the very least a year which is MORE than the lifetime thing. Idk maybe restructure? Or whatever. Maybe someone can break this down and explain to me why I’d pay 15 bucks a month which is a lot for some people. Just to get paywalled a second time just because a game updates frequently.

The prices and what's included is visible for you before purchase. It says that trainers which have patched more than 20 times requires lifetime subscription. It has been said many times now that the reason is that these few trainers cost us a lot of time and instead of dropping those or delay trainer updates like others do, we decided that we continue to support them but it must be worth it.

The $15 bucks you spent every months gets you access to THOUSANDS of trainers. Like 95% of our trainers have not received 20 updates yet. You have FULL access to them (up to 5 games per month). It's a fair offer for that price.

On Netflix you also have to pay extra money if you want 4k resolution. Because it costs more bandwidth traffic and thus more server load. In the end of the day we're running a business like others and we have limited resources to spend and bills to pay. We actually gave a LOT of free stuff to our paying customers: Cosmos, mobile app, ingame overlay, Aurora. Plus all the give aways every year with prices like a playstation. But all of these free stuff costs us money too. Still we love to give something back to our amazing community.

You make us look like we're greedy, we actually don't. You have chosen the cheapest membership and expect to get the same than a lifetime subscription which costs ~9x the price. If you cancel your subscription after a month, we lost 8x the price. If every one do this we would be broken soon. Like I said we are running a business but still we're absolutely serious about everyone gets the most bang for a buck.

Interesting reply. But it’s really the response I’d expect. Is what it is. Business is probably not your strong suit. No hate though my guy. Get your bag. But maybe think outside of that. Honestly I downloaded something two minutes later that worked for zero money. Do you man just offering my input as someone that has paid well over the lifetime price. Don’t have to believe me because honestly I don’t care. Just missed opportunity considering I wouldn’t have refunded and probably forgot and you would have made a bit of money off me for a few months at least. Good luck with that structure though. Hope it works in the long run. 😉

It worked in the long run, we're doing this since more than 10 years. And it will work in the future, because we know what we're doing and we're working with the community together. We know that there are free trainers and free scripts that might do the same on this or that trainer from us. But we also know that our customers come to us because for our constant support, reliability and content. This is actually why people pay for trainers, because its an ongoing service and not a single product.

However you haven't read correctly the membership descriptions, then you got upset about your own fault trying to turn this into a problem on our side. It's okay we have this situation once in a while. But by your suppositions in first post and in your second when I was sincerely willing to give you an appropriate answer, even when it's obvious that it would not change your mind, honestly I can easily forgot about that opportunity. As I said in my first post, we aren't looking to make as much money as we can get, we're looking into make a fair and serious business and having a nice community. You doesn't seem to fit into this currently but if you ever do, I still welcome you with open arms.

Friend, I have been running the business side of this website since i INVENTED IT over 20 years ago. Long before [INSERT ANY COMPETITOR] was around and will still be doing it long after they burn out and are gone. We've seen so many come and go it's not funny. The one constant? CHEAT HAPPENS. We're the one everyone copies, whether it be design, features, trainer code or pretty much anything else. We just raised over $750K with an $11K KICKSTARTER campaign. Yeh, I think there are a few people that like what we're doing just fine. And in hindsight you will realize that you should have taken that Lifetime membership, probably long ago because we're the only site with the BALLS to offer one. Still here. Still providing content to those that paid $19.95 for a LIFETIME membership 17 years ago. Anyways, 0x90 said it good enough. We'll be seeing ya.
