Mega Resources option - how does it work

Does it increase inventory resources or Outpost Resources? I only see an increase of 100 max resources, can we increase it to something like 9999?

Warehouse houses the resources for outposts

The Resources in the warehouse follows:

Money x100
Loot x100
Materials x100
Ammo x100
Medkits x100
Food x100

I second this.

x100 of any given resources is not at all "mega" and don't help in anyway were many build options resource requirement surpasses this set number.
