I can confirm this is true and I hope this gets fixed very very soon. Those 2 options are the only ones I am truly interested in. I have 59k RC balance. Willing to give it all up if this gets fixed

Sadly, me too. For me it was working until I think the update prior to the latest. Doesn't work with Kislev nor Cathay so I can only imagine it doesn't work with the other factions. I won't pretend to know how trainers work nor insult the very people who work tirelessly to make games much more entertaining. I get my butt kicked enough in the real world as I can imagine a lot of other members of our community go through the same, so to kick butt in games with these trainers helps take the edge off. Point being albeit longwinded (lol), is that I am thankful for the people who make these trainers and I have hope this issue will get resolved soon. 🙂🙂🙂
Option 3 works for me for Legions of Chaos, Slaneesh, Ogres and Cathay. I started even a fresh campaign for the hell of it and it worked then too. Playing on Win10 for what it matters.
How to made this option work? Can you give any advice? I've tried new version on my nurgle campaign but still no luck. 😭

Just to make sure we are talking about the same thing, it's reset player army health right? For me I activate the option, select the army I want to heal, click away, then reselect the army I want to heal, click away again, then select the army for the 3rd time. On the third time for me all units healths have restored.

Yes, It's reset player army health, But I've tried many time same as your but doesn't effect (select army and click away more than 10th time). My army still need to wait 3 turns for full restore. 😭

You need to enable the option, then select your army. Health bars might not be updated immediately, but entity numbers should be maxed out.
The restore health option does not work if the pre-battle screen, where you select either to auto-resolve, fight or retreat, is shown.
It can only be done on armies that are not engaged yet, or before the pre-battle screen shows up. For example, you can enable it if you seen an enemy army moving to engage during the end-turn and it will heal your army the moment the pre-battle screen pops.
