I did work on it for a couple hours, then they updated the game again on Windows Store and removed from Gamepass
Bummer they removed it from gamepass..
"As of February 2026, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is not included in the Xbox Game Pass subscription service. While the game released on Xbox Series X|S and PC (via Windows/Cloud) on January 22, 2026, it is available for purchase only and not as part of the Game Pass library."
Can't update it any more.

Having the same issue. I even edited the trainer settings to the .exe location. No change. The trainer simply does not work with the Windows Store/Game Pass version. Submitted a report. We'll see what happens.
