Super Max Speed:
DO NOT LEAVE ON while CREATING SHIPS! Only use while in combat to allow your ships to accelerate to fast speeds to catch the enemy. Only works for DETACHED ship.

Unlimited Tonnage Create Ship:
Toggle on and while creating ships, you can likely make them over weight.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

Anyone else notice that after 4-6 turns in campaign mode your budget skyrockets so much you are in the red and generating unrest and loss of national naval prestige?

Yes I've had this problem as well.

In custom battles, Unlimited Tonnage Create Ship is also effective for ai.😫

Yes, same goes the editor with money too, higher the amount you edit, more money your enemy/AI will get
