This game needs a trainer very badly.

We currently don't have any Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Outside of the status icon next to the title that says "retired", they determined back in Aug of 2020 that this title wasn't going to get a trainer since there really isn't much a trainer could do for it anyway. With Dev Mode, mods, add-ons etc.. There isn't much a trainer would be able to do you can't basically already do.
