Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Same problem here, too. It's random when these times happen and it doesn't matter the browser used, different computers, clearing caches / history / everything even. It just stays hung up after clicking the download button with nothing happening.

Same with trying to start any trainers. It just sits on the splash screen forever, even with offline keys in the same folder.

I'm having the same issue.

Prior to the last month, this happened to me 1 time ~ 2 years ago.

I've had this happen 3x in the last month.

It *IS* intermittent.

I tried Chrome, Edge (which yes, same as Chrome, but why not) and Internet Explorer on 3 different computers.

Hell, I even tried my iPhone.
In each instance I turned off ALL AV protection(s).

Getting the same thing. Had all the trainers working last night and downloaded one last night just fine. But this morning none of the trainers are loading. Not getting any error messages or anything. Just not loading. And tried downloading some other trainers but to no avail. Used all browsers I could (firefox, google chrome, microsoft edge etc...)

Yes the downloading have some hiccups here also...but a cache cleaning and a refresh fixed it.
No need to play with anti-viruses at all...t'was only a hiccup 😎

Thanks Brian, I have submitted this file to Akamai for further investigation. It might be some setting or extension we have installed on our server which can be tweaked. One thing I would like people to try if they have this problem is using a VPN for some other part of the world and see if it resolves the issue. That will help us determine if this is somehow geo-related or maybe tied to a specific datacenter. Thanks.

Can't download ANYTHING from your site. At all.

NO AV
NO Firewall
FIVE different browsers AND your Manager on three different PCs TWO of which had NEVER been to the CH site.

Your Manager ( I only have v1 because I can't download your v2 ) gives me the "click the box to download" I click it and get the button, then click the button and it does NOTHING. No trainer file, nothing.

For the browsers, I've gone in and turned off ALL security.
Firefox, Chrome, Edge, IE, and even Opera all give me "Browser blocking your download? Press CTRL+J to view your downloads where you can download blocked content. Our downloads are safe and malware free." <- DIRECT copy of the message I get.

I can literally download ANY file from ANY other website with NO issues. Why your site is the ONLY one that I can't download from, you got me. Just thought I would let you know, something is broken somewhere and it ain't my end.
