You sure you did the mission that rewards it? I use the trainer and got it just fine after completing the mission. It could depend on the options used though. I only use the infinite items and waypoint teleport.

Anyone know what amount of XP is needed for rank 14?

ive got through a third of the game but got to a mission where i have to repair fuse box and noticed i dont have it

Fixed have to leave camp for XP to show up

If you have it, could you share it. As i just put 2billion lol but now it says error, so i lowered it to 25k and still says error.

Did you have Easy Craft enabled on after you completed the mission? Make sure to turn it off because the game won't give you the reward (like tools or the wingsuit) since it thinks that you already have it.

Yeah that's probably it I never got wingsuit either pretty sure I just left it on for whole game

... which mission is the one that grants you the blowtorch?

And in turn, is anybody else running out of things to buy despite not having all weapons/armor that can be bought? Lots of items that can theoretically be bought at the Guerilla Garrison but there's nothing in stock?

This likely has nothing to do with the trainer, and just means I got to get to a certain point in the story before certain items unlock - but in the off chance that there's an issue; anyone else running into this?
