I am experiencing the same "no blowtorch" (repair tool) issue when using this trainer. I have completed all missions, but cannot finish the game without the blowtorch. I don't know if this is related to the trainer, but I am stuck on the lost children mission because the photos will not trigger when I get to the specific locations. I was given the photos, but cannot use them.
Any help would be appreciated.
This is a known issue for quite a while. Read the first few pages here. Like the wingsuit, you might be screwed. I had to restart to get the wing suit.
Hi, it's been a few months since you guys have tried the "save game" workaround to get the repair tool / blow torch fixed in the game for the thousands of us who didn't realize it it was necessary at some specific missions in the game, and now have to either restart the game from scratch after a lot of progress (in my case 50%) or just uninstall the whole game in frustration. Any progress on your end? Is it a dead issue? Are we doomed? Thank you again for all your help!
unfortunately there is no fix beyond starting a new save

Have you checked the version of Far Cry 6 matches the version of the latest trainer we have? If its different e.g. higher then the trainer is most likely going to need a file update request put in and can be done via this Link or via the trainer main page.
Now if the version is lower then update the game to the latest. If you are using any sort of mods that effect the game code this can make the trainers fail so. I would advise if that is the case to remove the mods. We do no provide support to cover mods!
