This is with the sep 9th trainer, all folders and files removed, admin perm on trainer, exclusions done.

1st: windowed with steam overlay, trainer overlay disabled, F1 in main menu.
2nd: windowed with steam overlay, trainer overlay enabled, F1 in main menu.
3rd: windowed with steam overlay, trainer overlay enabled, F1 on trainer on desktop.
4th: windowed with steam overlay, trainer overlay disabled, F1 on trainer on desktop.
5th: fullscreen with steam overlay, trainer overlay disabled, F1 in main menu.
6th: fullscreen with steam overlay, trainer overlay enabled, F1 in main menu.
7th: fullscreen with steam overlay, trainer overlay disabled, F1 on trainer on desktop.
8th: fullscreen with steam overlay, trainer overlay enabled, F1 on trainer on desktop.
9th: fullscreen with steam overlay, trainer overlay disabled, clicked trainer on desktop
10th: fullscreen with steam overlay, trainer overlay enabled, clicked trainer on desktop

so yeah, getting it to even start isn't working, just doesn't want to ping with "Activated" just keep getting "Failed".

Okay, so there's a new problem for me. Every time I try to unpack the zip file, windows itself (Not any extra malware/virus protection) blocks the use of the new trainer. I've never had windows act so aggressively with ANY of your trainers before.

New trainer must be using a new method that closely resembles a method in the definition database and because it is so close it flags it. just a false positive. Add exclusions for the folder your trainers are in and you should be good from then on.

I would suggest adding the work folder as well just to be safe.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work

Exclusions are not having an effect, I guess I'll keep trying.

Try adding the folder

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90

Since it's an 0x90 trainer, he may still be using that folder for trainer functions, I'll check with him to see.

Other folders to exclude may be

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens Temp

What is new in the trainer that it's now being detected as a 'Trojan:Win32/Trickbot!ml'? The one just prior to this release was fine.

Read my posts above, Not sure of the exact method but it was close enough to have it flagged. Just another false positive.

I have done all this and everything is off that would normally cause issues when trying to download the trainer however failed virus was detected.

not sure where to go from here.

ok after much more testing I got it to download. Chrome is ok just me being stupid and not turning off real-time scanning which is such a noob move.
