We currently don't have any The Last Stand Legacy Collection trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. I just submitted my request for this one, I'm hoping we're close to the 5 requests to get on the board now. I got to thinking how fun it could be play around in this old thing using a trainer.
Hope there are more likeminded folks out there and we can start funding this soon. Link for the request page. 😄

We've already looked at it and a trainer will not be made, sorry. You can try CoSMOS.
