I've been playing the game for a few hours.

Depending on your character choice, you do get a gun with on 10 bullets.
There is money, it's called Gill, along with a bow and arrows.
Plus normal health bar, which is hidden, but they only time you loose health is when you brake the "Golden Rule" and the gold statues come to life, which is needed to be done a few times to complete all quests.

All values are easily changed in Cosmos, but only stick if you gain more or loose some of that item.

Thought I'd throw it out there for you guys if you had planned on a trainer so you know what you're in for... 😂
