Ask the trainer maker when it has been at the very bare minimum, a month with no patching.

Is that how you treat your customers? Great.
Point being, when its on hold, people cannot even request/boost priority. I understand that it takes time to do something like this, but when it is on hold people cannot express whether they need an updated version or not.

you can try messaging the trainer maker to see if they are willing to take it off hold. I would still give it a bit since it has been almost exactly a month and a day
1.13 is just around the corner and apparently it's a big patch, may want to hold off until after it releases.
So, 1.13 released. Highly likely, it will be a month, until next patch.
