I just now got to the point where I am noticing this more and more. I would LOVE to have an increase to the FOV since I REALLY just don't wanna walk a whole map to look for Rare Dens. (I'm not end game yet) xD

Sidenote: To the one who mentioned that they managed to get bottle caps to be locked and edited.. I am finding myself at a loss.

lmao i just bought it a few hours ago this game without checking if CH have the trainer or not, turn out it's not release yet on CH so will be waiting for the CH team to release the trainer 😅

The games fun without the trainer. Its a strategy game.

Give it a shot without it. You will definitely have fun while waiting.

It plays like fire emblem mixed with pokemon in a monster hunter setting.

My suggestion when waiting is to just have fun do the story and leave at least 1 of every mat you get so you can hopefully use it when the trainer gets done.

Bottle caps are a way to upgrade from a felyne and they are limited till you hit high rank where then they can be found in monster dens.

Good luck on the trainer guys I am sure it will be great just like all the ones I have used from you before.

yeah i know that, and i've been playing this game for 5 hours, it's fun even without trainer, but surely still hope the trainer will get released soon.
the system kinda new for me as this game battle feature thing, first time playing MH stories even though played all MH series but this is different

Honestly, just use cosmos to give yourself an absolutely massive amount of zenny and bottlecaps, and that alone will help you through so much of the game. 500 bottlecaps will last pretty much the entire game, not sure about Zeeny. Buy up like 900+ potions, curing items, and the fancy stuff you get with the bottlecaps and that alone will help you out a whole lot.

Best way to find the values, and I'll use Zenny as the example here, is to actually get enough to buy a couple items with. Then go into one of the stores to the menu where you can buy items (don't just go to the store and stay on it's main page, select the actual menu for buying items), do an initial scan for the amount of Zenny you have (which is a 4 byte type of value last I checked), buy 1 of the cheapest item, scan again, and repeat until you nail down the Zenny, then just slap a bunch of 9's in there and you're set for pretty much the whole game. Same method applies to bottlecaps.

What's important is that you DO NOT LEAVE THE STORE MENU or you will have to start the search over again, as it seems to randomize where the value is at once you leave a store.

From my experiments, HP works the same. If you can nail down the HP of someone during battle as they take damage and heal, you can set them to have infinite health... though it only works for that single battle you do it in. Once the battle it over you'll have to search for it again during the next fight. I THINK it was also a 4 byte type of value, but I forget.

I know this'll be a tough one to crack, but fail or succeed I appreciate the hard work the CH staff does. Good luck, fellas! ^_^
