I had the same thing start today. I used the Craftopia trainer last night. Today, it will not launch when run from Explorer. None of the new RGB trainers I have will run when launched from my trainers folder via Explorer.
HOWEVER, in trying to sort everything out, I installed Trainer Manager 2 (to use the temp cleaner), and I can launch the trainers from there just fine. If I go back to explorer and try to execute the trainer directly, it fails to launch. I'm not sure what changed to suddenly impact all of the new trainers, but I'm not going to spend a ton of time on it since they will launch from TM2.
Probably a background security software update, is that folder excluded from scans?
Yes, all recommended exclusions are in place. I'm guessing some Win10 update strangeness, as my system updated again yesterday and now all of the new trainers are working again when run directly from explorer.

seems I got 3 Windows updates in 2 days, so looks like the typical MS magic at play LoL.
I used trainers on July 12, then they wouldn't work on July 13th! They suddenly aren't working for any of my games.
I don't know a lot about this sort of thing so would you be kind and tell me what Trainer Manager 2 is and where I can get it, please?
Okay, I just learned about Trainer Manager 2 and downloaded and installed it, but the trainer that worked on July 12th still won’t work today (haven’t checked the others yet). What happens is that I hear the usual “trainer activated” when I hit f1 but then nothing happens when I hit the numbers in the game.
I’ve told Anti-v to ignore CH folders. Tried running as admin. Windows did update a couple of times recently so it probably has something to do with that. Now I don’t know what to do.

What game is it, it may have updated and broke the trainer. Ill just leave the tips page here

I have a problem only with newly downloaded ones that have "Mobile" added at the end of exe file name. Trying to start them from either explorer or TM doesn't do anything. File name shows up for a few seconds in task manager and disappears without displaying anything.
Tried WD Legion and RDR2. Older ones start without an issue and reboot didn't help (previously it helped when trainer didn't start right after extracting due to some access denied error).
I have Windows 10 21H1 64 bit, installed all .NET runtimes from the troubleshooting thread. I have ESET security, but disabling it doesn't change anything.
I also tried re-downloading older version of WD Legion trainer (07.06.2021) and it still launches fine, so it seems like some recent template update broke things.

Try to run the trainer as admin, if that doesn't work, try to purge the files.
Please delete the trainer, custom keys, debug folder where the trainer resides and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.
