Tested with ME2, though with a modified Coalesced file. Biggest difference seems to be health and shields cheats no longer working, but no reload and skill points editor appear to be fine. Submitted my update request.

Oh, and if you modified your Coalesced file as well, you'll need to do that again after the update (hope you had a backup).

I've noticed the health/shields are iffy. The shields never really seemed to work as my shields will still drop, but the health works unless you get hit directly with an explosive like a rocket/grenade. Grenades will instant kill, rockets will kill if you take 2-3 hits in a row.

EDIT: And I did submit a report, hopefully something can be figured out. Greatly appreciate all the work these guys do!

Game had a PATCH PEOPLE. PATCH = BREAKS TRAINER. File an update request and wait patiently or use CoSMOS and do it yourself.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.

I know people post all the time right after a patch before waiting for an update, I will say there was probably confusion today specifically because the patch AND the new AIO trainer dropped on the same day.

I for one made the assumption that the AIO trainer was for the new patch simply because of the timing. So... my bad on that one lol.

Wow what bad luck on that same day release. I wouldn't think that a game update would straight up change the health info location. Oh well glad I looked at the comments before posting or else I would have done goofed and made a "The trainer is broken" posts.

Still great work on creating a front-end for all three of the trainers so that people have all the trainers under one program. Keep up the great work.

FYI: If you fill out a trainer update request for a multi trainer like this one it would be nice if you would leave a note about which game you report the issue. I have like 10 requests which only says "game crashing" which I have to simply ignore because I have no idea which of the 3 mass effects games they are talking about.
