Restarting trainer and game doesn't work with bells.
Even reinstalling game doesn't work.

you mean reinstalling the game and continuing from your save file? or reinstalling -> new game -> still bugged?
Currently Testing the trainer. Which I have been using over my current Lets play. Which is currently at 190minutes into the game
First test is the Unlimited ammo.

I suspect things get bugged once you pick up ammo (i am a hoarder could not help myself from clearing everything out that i stumble upon)

However, swapping the saves with someone else, reports save error, so likely the saves are tied to your personal ID on STEAM.
I am probably not playing this game to completion, so I need a legit account that has the game completed, or likely the trainer remains as is.

I have a steam copy of the game, and I beat the game, here are the save files from the location you said they are at.
