If I use this while playing with friends will it also increase there legendary drops if I am the host? Just wondering if this will work as it does in other looter shooters if you use it while with friends

Nope, to my knowledge you cannot run the game bypassing EAC - AND play with others. You try and It'll likely just crash. How it generally goes with EAC and other silly systems trying to stop trainer/cheat use.

Edit: it is ALSO not the goal of these here lovely trainer makers to support cheating in online game modes - just single player, so... yeah...
