Yeah but I'm trying to spawn a bonfire in a stone tower in a hosted server.. bonfires have to be placed on the ground, which is why I need console commands to do it... Unless I can get this trainer to allow cheat commands, I'd have to save the server from the hosting site, open it in offline, and then reupload the save which... I'm trying to avoid.

That's what server admin privileges are for. If they did not give them to you they probably don't want you to cheat.

I have server admin privileges; I rent the server, and I've enabled myself to kick, ban, etc, but the devs disabled debug commands in all mp servers. I feel like the admins should be able to abuse their own servers >.> I honestly don't even know if it's possible for a trainer to allow me to use debug on a server that's hosted elsewhere.

I have tested on my dedicated server (actually a friends computer in a different town) and found that if the dedicated server tool is used on that (only the tool, game is NOT installed), the enable console does not work. It may only work if you host the game locally and use the in game server tool.

This option has now been removed. The In-game console is disabled by default as of 0.148.6

You now need to add launch argument "-console" to enable Link

To activate cheat commands, press F5 and type devcommands and press enter. You'll be able to use the cheat commands below in singleplayer mode. They won't work on a multiplayer server.

To deactivate cheat commands, type devcommands and press enter again.
