Bottom line. The game has been for the last couple of years of development, and currently NOW a single player game. It has a chatbox, sure. Other than that, there is NO gameplay interaction between players AT ALL. NONE.
Right now, yes it is a single player game but it has multiplayer features and a server infrastructure set up for it from what i've seen so far. The most important thing to take into consideration is the online leaderboard that shows both local ranks and global ranks and trust me, looking at the leaderboards in this game will be like looking at the leaderboards in any COD title to see who's cheating and who's not. Then all they have to do is contact the mods and devs with screenshots and voila, ban waves.
A trainer for the game would be nice, definitely, and i'm all for trainers. In this case though, with the server log-in features, and the online leaderboards, and being online-only, the game at the moment is a bit of an unknown IMHO, with many variables to take into consideration, but i'll leave that up to the CH team to decide upon. A trainer has been 100% funded either way.
Hell, i wouldn't be here, as a LTP member and a member for years, if i didn't enjoy trainers. 😈

much to my regret! denied to create a trainer! I received a letter! that the creation of a trainer was denied: (it's a pity! I decided to delete the game and get out of it! and buying outfits is not possible for me the inscription constantly appears: connection failure, this is the first and only game, the store and purchase from me are buggy! I I played and bought a lot of stuff in Genshin Impact, and there were no problems with the purchase.

If they rejected the trainer request, it is probably because it isn't in line with their trainer policies when it comes to games with multiplayer aspects.
The devs have stated that there will be multiplayer in the game, and the game is already designed as a multiplayer game at its core for easier implementation of it, when they do get around to it.

That is funny they trained Outriders, which is obviously a multiplayer online game.
Their policy just absurd to train other multiplayer online game with clear players interaction in currently, but not this stated signal player only game.

Currency and other aspects of League of Maiden is being stored on a server, plus an online global leaderboard as well as a local leaderboard, something Outriders does not have.
For League of Maidens, almost nothing is done client side. Every calculation etc is being done by the server because it is authoritarian by design, which means that they have a master server that updates and saves progress and keeps a copy, which means that even if you do try using a trainer, it will for the most part not work properly because any changes you make will be overwritten during the next update and loading screen.
I hope that helps to understand things a bit better. 😈
