Check what version of the game you are using, i had this error and i realized i just needed to use the older trainer instead of the 1.01

The game did patch like I said in a previous post, if the trainer needs updated, you know what to do 😉

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Hi. Something happened with this latest update for me. The trainer doesn't show up on the screen, but the Window's Task Manager says it's running. I loaded the game, hit F1 and heard the voice saying the trainer is activated, but the trainer interface doesn't show up anywhere. When I hit Alt+Tab, the trainer is blank. I tried Valheim and M.A.S.S. trainers and they are running fine.

I've attached a screen snippet of M.A.S.S. Trainer running (showing the GUI) and Atelier (not showing any GUI).

All Antivirus and Firewall have been disabled. This trainer was working fine for me before this update. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

*UPDATE* I deleted aforementioned files from the previous post as directed and it works now.

Having used the CH trainer for the previous game I have to say that the editor this time around was very disappointing.

I get that drop down menus are a lot of work and prone to breaking if the IDs get changed by DLC, but I don't understand why a look up table isn't included in the read me file.

The complete trait and effect lists are easy to find online, they just don't have ID numbers associated with them. Actually because tons of effects from the first game are still in this one the CH staff probably already have 50%+ accurate lists left over from the first game's trainer. The first game's version of 'cutting' for example is still in the code and can still be edited on to items; it's just 0 star with no description but it's place is still held relative to other effects. I only found one instance where the IDs were out of order (a group of XS traits on new weapon effects) while I was making a list for myself.

Also observed interesting behavior when going through traits, if you have not discovered the trait yet (it doesn't appear in your trait list) it will appear as "???" but appears to function normally.

There must be a flag that enables it's information visibility (probably related to it appearing in the trait list) when you first discover an item that has it.
