[Unlimited Use Items] only works with [Consumables] and [Grenades]?
Or, this option should also apply to other items: [Weapons], [Armor], [Attachments & Mods], etc.?

Toggle on and when you use or disassemble items, they do not disappear. Note that you can continue to pick up items as well. If something is not being created at a vendor machine or somewhere else, turn this off."

@DragonStryder, I asked this to understand if the trainer was working correctly.
Because if the concept of items includes [Weapons], [Armor], [Attachments & Mods], etc., then this option of the trainer does not fully work.
It only affects the [Consumables] and [Grenades].

Just because you consider something an "item" does not mean it has been coded in the games as one. everything else sounds like "gear" to me and not necessarily an "item".

I have a question about the Ghost mode. I know it makes it seem that V is dead. But why is that the option. Was there no way to make him truly undetectable?

Probably... Can only work with what you are given, and if that happens to be an unfinished buggy disaster of a release, then you have to make due for the time being. Maybe in a year or two when they actually finish it, it may be possible to do a proper stealth option.

You're not wrong, it is a buggy mess. Luckily I haven't run into any serious ones. I've have to re-do missions due to something screwing up..but not any gamebreaking ones.

do you think a trainer could unlock all the crafting recipes/specs? im not going to put out a request since i have no idea if its even possible.

Edit: i'm just saying because the base recipes make you look like a cheap street hooker/joytoy even if you are male
