Update: Figured it out. The F5 button, had 2 functions when the trainer was active. 1) game speed, 2) game quick saves. Switched game speed to F6. Haven't had any trouble since. At least for the few hours I have put in so far.

First of all, thank you for the trainer. It actually works quite well so far.
Only in Ghost Mode I had to notice that enemies still see me or are alerted (even unprovoked / unalerted). The effect that my character is considered dead by the game still exists after activation (saving doesn't work until it is deactivated again), it just doesn't seem to have the original effect anymore.
Can anyone confirm or deny having the same problem with the current version?

P.S. the save game is freshly started with the current game version and the latest trainer has not been used before for this game (freshly set up Windows PC).

Edit: Just tried it again, now the eye bar still rising, but unlike before, the opponents no longer go for me in the test I just made.

New patch (1.23) out today. Requested update as only option 5 is no longer working.

In the quest No Fixer where you rescue Iris Tanner,, She doesn't enter the Van.
This is Since 1.23
I am bringing it to your attention as the Support team Asked if a Trainer/Mod/CoSMOS was in use.. I obviously said no and had not sent my save to them.
I had only sent a Screen shot.. So, just alerting incase anyone else has this issue or an Idea.

Had contact back from Redsupport it IS a game bug and they said to try to drive to Fixer and see if she follows,, this will be fixed shortly
