Has anyone experience an issue where their inventory equipped items show as grayed out. If you switch to another item it loads it up but the original item is gone.
I had the raven set armor on, I had to backtrack a few saves and this is when I noticed it when I needed to change my bow. All the stuff was on my character but if I switch it the armor/weapons are gone from inventory.
I tried reloading the game and exiting out but Still occurs.
Cheats used unlimited items/arrows and health.
Same thing happened to me except I went too far without noticing and now I don’t have any saves to revert to. Really sucks.

Ive only had this happen when i activate the trainer during the splash screen or before reaching the start screen. A reboot usually fixes it.
