I can confirm, followed instructions and works fine.

Can also confirm that using only the fast ability spell cooldown thing is insane with the right characters. I used my wishes to summon a Noelle and it's basically god mode. Her spell is a shield that blocks damage, heals and AoE damages opponents.

Others are probably crazy as well, but I'm not trying to spend money on the game.
