According to Ubisoft if you have the game this is available to you
Watch Dogs: Legion of the Dead is a standalone mode available to all Watch Dogs: Legion owners on PC
But it IS standalone so its like a separate offshoot of the core game weighed in at 58GB on my machine to install the sucker.
So I'd say we need to request it 🙂
