From what I have seen, no probably not. You would probably need to alt-tab and load the right trainer for the right mission.

That's about what I figured. That's still going to be one hell of a run haha

Just curious (though I already submitted the request (should have asked first haha.) ) Has anyone asked about a Super Damage option for the Halo 4 trainer similar to those found in some of the other MCC trainers?

Don't think so, this is the first post to mention it and there is nothing on the request list for it yet.

I am running a current version, halo reach works fine with the trainer but all other versions in the game (Halo 2, 3 and 4) allow the trainer to attach but fails on all the hot key commands.
Strange too that at the main menu the trainer activates and the keys activate but in the game nothing works or is applied.

How to clean previous stored trainer data. Delete the folders listed or make your own batch file to clean them for you.

Or manually delete all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

and reboot.

Since there is no SUPER DAMAGE in the Halo 4 trainer, I can only conclude your using the wrong trainer.
