Medieval 2: Total War Message Board  

Hello.

I know the game and trainer are both somewhat aged now, but still thoroughly entertaining. Has anyone else experienced the same issue as I have when you go to upgrade the stats on some of your characters, and all of a sudden ten stars appear next to everyone on screen! I was playing as England, and started a new game as the Byzantines but same issue. I normally just move the cursor over my intended recipient of the max stats, and as soon as it's done I switch it off without moving from the character. It's by no means game-wrecking, but having 10 star rebels and lowly captains running about as well as agents can be frustrating. Does anyone know how to keep the effects to selected characters only?

I would suggest rolling back to the 1.51 trainer and seeing if the option works for you. I have just tried this myself and [Option 6] appears to work fine. Merely suggesting this as a workaround until the issue is hopefully sorted.
