For anyone looking to lookup the gold value in Comos it's multipled by 256.
For the Single Player Campaign Skill Points are just the value you see.

This game is playable offline? You can disconnect your internet and play alone offline?

There is a single player mode on the main menu for the game.
I never tried anything in the multiplayer side of it.
