That's pretty unlikely. First off, CH doesn't support using trainers online. Other players not using a trainer are having the same problems and are saying EA implemented this to stop hacks.
I was gonna suggest trying Ctrl - Escape instead but I noticed another player said just pressing the Windows key does the same thing so it's kinda doubtful it will work. You could try it to be sure, though.

Does this work on Steam?
If it has the same EXE as origin it should work, won't know for sure until it's tested.
So the solution for the drill score was deleting that that option? Shame 😞
It's still there. It's just not entirely clear whether it is a trainer issue, a game issue or an EA server issue. Only time will tell.
I just used CoSMOS. The new version is amazing! It was a bit annoying because you have to use it for every drill but after you get an A+ in a drill you can just simulate that one.
