I've gotten the +11 trainer for CnC3, but it's completely inoperative. No sound, no function, nothing. What i've tried so far:
Run as admin run in compatibility modes add exceptions to antivirus ensured game is right version DL'd trainer from multiple sources ensured program was unblocked Restart PC run game or trainer first install latest binaries and runtimes
I'm completely stumped. It worked straight out of the zip file on windows 7 and vista, but now 10 has some kind of problem with it. Am I doing something wrong? Is it some kind of compatibility issue? I'm at a complete loss. Any help wold be appreciated.

Need to be more specific, there are a few C&C game with the number 3 in it.

Is your game from origin or original retail/disk? Trainer was made for original retail/disk version.
