Try completely uninstalling BitDefender, reboot, then disable all Windows Defender modules and then run the trainer and see if it works. If it does then you can reinstall BitDefender and go through and try to figure out why it's being blocked. If it still doesn't work, try booting into safe mode and see if it works there. Make sure you don't have RivaTuner, MSI Afterburner or any other graphics card overclocking software running.

Have all of the following installed.

.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x64 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x64 Link
    .NET Framework (get latest) Link

(Both x86 and x64 of the .Net Core MUST be installed)

    Reboot PC when done.

    didn't help, thanks though

Do you see the icon in the Taskbar? or does it vanish?

it's still there. it's like the trainer just freezes on startup.

I looked through the bitdefender logs and it's not blocking any processes when I start the trainer, so I highly doubt it's the AV.

Humour us, and just try what Pwizard said. Bitdefender is a trainer users worst nightmare and with the recent Win10 update, not all 3rd party a/v's over-ride Defender anymore and will run along with it, so exclusions must match. Check settings in both.

If it is not a corrupt install of .NET core 3.1 x86 & x64 or the latest framework, it very well may be the security software

    Have both latest .NET CORE
    dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core/current/runtime

(Both of the Net-Core MUST be installed x86 and x64)

    and FRAMEWORK
    dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework

funny thing is, the problem only occurs with this trainer. I don't know if there has been some funky update to CH its self, because the icon for this trainer is also differnent from the older ones I have.

Btw Windows Defender is completly shut down on my system, fully.

The method to inject a trainer into games varies due to how the game is coded, it's not the same for each one. This triggers a lot of false positives in strict security software with real time/active/live scanning. Best to turn it off when using trainers.
