Every time I try to launch any of the newer gen trainers they crash on launch. This is the error report I get.

Do you have Rivatuner, MSI Afterburner or anything like that running?

I don't believe so. As I'm not exactly sure what any of those do.

I had the same issue, here's the steps I took to fix it:

Installed NET Framework Runtime 4.7.2 or above: dotnet.microsoft.com/download
(This is likely already installed but good to check).
Installed NET Core Runtime 2.1 or above: dotnet.microsoft.com/download

1. Open command prompt as admin
2. Run "sfc /scannow" without quotes
3. Run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth" without quotes
3. Run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" without quotes
4. Run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" without quotes
5. Re-run "sfc /scannow/ without quotes.

Deleted everything in:
C:\Users\Username\Cheathappens
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp

Added these folders to AV exclusions:
C:\Users\Username\Downloads\CheatHappens\(Trainer.exe)
C:\Users\Username\Cheathappens

It's now working after a reboot on an updated build of Windows 10 2004, where it used to crash on the splash screen previously. Hope this helps.

The relevant line here is
Exception Code: 80000003
which interprets as a breakpoint.

I have completely disabled Avast and run the program normaly AND as admin, same results. I have downloaded the latest dotnet runtime AND dotnet core files... same results.

Help at this point would be so very much appreciated

Yes, it happens quite frequently, shutting down AVs do not stop them to keep running in the background, the best is to whitelist them in Avast (or any other AV) and let it do its job (protection?).
