I will wait for the update to run through as fast as I can and then upload the save as I forgot to upload Halo 3 save as I done all the others.

Same here. Game acts like it's been loaded with the anticheat off option.

I can also confirm that using the modded launcher for Steam PC version does not unlock or even register progress in mcc. playlist progress is fine but par scores for example are not registered... thanks for update/fix

No longer works with achievement unlocking. You can progress through but does not unlock ANY achievements making it almost pointless to play.

Trainer is working, however, after playing the first mission noticed that achievements are not being obtained. I've verified Halo MCC files. Also, as a flight tester, the original trainer worked fine also. It appears something has changed since the Flight test version. Just to be clear, everyone should get an achievement for just playing the game on the 22nd of the month (today). This achievement is not popping in addition to three others..
Note, fill out the "update request" to alert CH staff of any issues with the trainer.

The game uses EAC. If EAC is disabled then the trainer cannot attach to it. So the launcher or the method described allows you to run the game without EAC. However, in the non Beta, full release version of this game, if no EAC is present, the game does not check for nor fire off achievements. This is nothing new.

The trainer comes with two files that explicitly explain this and already explain that the game won't have achievements if EAC isn't running. The trainer has nothing to do with this.

So for clarification, if we use the mcclauncher exe provided in the downloaded zip, we wont get achievements anyway?
Because they updated their EAC?
I dont understand this, sorry :< achievement progress always worked until today like the mod launcher does not do anything tho it has now 81 kbyte instead of 80 kybte lol

Cal , not to be a "smart ass", but all the Halo MCC trainers issued up to now have been able to overcome this issue by using the CH modified Halo MCC Launcher. All of us were able to activate the achievements we earned on Steam and in-game career stats, and use the in-game Challenge Hub. I was always able to launch the game with EAC active by right clicking on Play and selecting the first choice "Play Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Now your stating we can no longer obtain achievements using the launcher? What's changed?
