Luck (Rare Drop Rate) - I launch the game, activate the trainer, enter a numerical value, say 200, for a percentage, and activate the lock icon. Does not seem to make any difference.
What am I doing incorrectly?

Some time back they announced they had adjusted the Legendary drop rate. Not sure what it is now but try a different number, a lower number, see if that works. I had that happen with a couple of other categories I had placed a number that was too high.

Are you wanting Legendary weapons? I use the Trainer's Legendary Drop Rate option and that thing kills. Just set the option on the trainer. Honestly, since 0X90 fixed it awhile back I had so many Legendary weapons dropping I had to shut it off. It was overwhelming. I had them everywhere. Check out this pic:

That is how I increase Legendary drop and in some areas, like a take down, there are so many o the screen that I honestly can't see.

I am looking for the rare drops you see in forum posts/youtube videos. A vast majority of the Legendary drops have worse stats than the "normal" items. I will try a lower value. Thanks for the reply
