I have not noticed this. In fact with the easy enemies and unlimited health on, I kill enemies in two shots, including massive super bot sized enemies.

Please note that the enemies 'heal' one another as well. You can watch them do it.

I would have to have a save AT this boss, and even know what the boss is, where it is, it's name, the name of the quest, etc.

I played this game like 8+ hours and was NEVER not able to kill something.

Toggle off team health if it's on, maybe that's it.

With unlimited health, and with weak enemies, and ghost hunter I can walk right up to deathbringer and fire two shots at it and it dies instantly.

Has the issue with the metal flowers been fixed?

DON'T USE THE UNLIMITED ITEMS IN THE ANCIENT ARMORY MISSION!

Turn it off when you use the power cells in the lock. If you keep this option on and unlock both locks with it, then collect the ancient armour your mission will be bugged and stuck on "collect 3 power cells" and you won't be able to use this armour.

There are several other missions that are broken with the unlimited item option activated. Luckily the game creates a lot of auto saves to revert to.

Is it possible to add a system to edit the stats of Armor and Weapon Mods?

I can notice no pattern for the unlimited health affecting enemies - it seems to only affect Boss types (e.g. big mechs, like Sabor Tooth size or alter). It doesn't happen all the time, but doesn't seem to be caused by Party Health, since I don't have it on most of the time.

Weaken enemies seems to work still so at least there is a workaround.
