Hi there is the problem of enemies health as they are also invicible(mainly bosses and enemies which you cant "one hit kill - silent kill", dont know what is causing that.
Provide a savegame and we can look into it.

Also wildlife become invincible as well.
I have not noticed this. In fact with the easy enemies and unlimited health on, I kill enemies in two shots, including massive super bot sized enemies.
Please note that the enemies 'heal' one another as well. You can watch them do it.

Yup just doing the first 'boss' type quest and its health keeps resetting to max

I would have to have a save AT this boss, and even know what the boss is, where it is, it's name, the name of the quest, etc.
I played this game like 8+ hours and was NEVER not able to kill something.

Same issue here. Health would go down and then the moment the target wasn't my focus any longer, health jumped back to max.
Also noticed if you alt-tab out to use the editor, it works the first time, but alt-tabbing out again will cause all options to fail and the trainer to lose connection to the game.

I have no solution to 'alt-tab' crashing. The game alt-tabs fine for me, although I mostly play it in a window.

Is it possible to add the (Easy Craft Items) option to buy items from merchants (E.G: Easy Buy Items) as well?

I confirm what FloridaFlyer said. Alt-Tabbing out to use the editor more than once cuts connection between the trainer and the gamer. One then needs to completely close both the trainer and the game and start anew to get the trainer working again. All other options seem to work well.
I don't have this problem. Seems like a game app issue, not a trainer issue.
