This may be a dumb question and may have been covered once before but if I play a game with a controller can I still use the keyboard shortcuts or do i need to use the controller options?

I think it depends on the trainer template. Some you could use both and some you had to pick which "mode" you were in and it only accepted the commands from that input device.
